Shabbat Shalom!

This week we celebrated the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings on the coast of France. Several years ago I was invited by a good friend  to tour the battlefields on June 6th, and it was probably one of my highlights as we visited famous sites and we’re able to talk with many survivors. Today, that greatest generation is mostly gone, but certainly not forgotten!  Their sacrifice makes it possible for us to enjoy our freedom today!

This Shabbat as we gather at The Dwelling Place, come with an expectation and a hunger that we will meet with our God in an incredible way! I will be bringing a message entitled A fatal collision of His Love and His Holy presence! As we come into the season of Shavuot, a time when we celebrate giving of Torah and the impartation of Ruach HaKodesh! As usual we will be meeting at 16800 W.9th Ave at 11am. WE WILL BE HAVING A POTLUCK ONEG FOLLOWING THE SERVICE, SO BRING A DISH TO SHARE AND STAY FOR  FELLOWSHIP!
